I enjoy helping you discover your unique strengths that we can leverage to overcome your challenges and develop effective coping strategies. It can feel lonely, overwhelming, and frustrating to go through your experiences alone, but I want you to know that your feelings are valid, you deserve to be heard, and together we can work through what you are struggling with.
Approach to Counselling
The method I utilize the most in therapy is a Cognitive Behavioural approach. In my approach, I prioritize your well-being through a person-centered and strength-based Cognitive Behavioral therapy method. This allows us to work together at your own pace, helping you gain valuable insights into yourself and your situation. Together, we'll uncover the strengths within you that can be harnessed to overcome the challenges you face and develop effective coping strategies.
I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, including youth and those with intellectual disabilities. Whether you're grappling with anxiety or depression, seeking to build healthy boundaries, or improving your communication in various relationships, I'm here to help you on your journey.
Remember, your feelings are valid, and you deserve to be heard. Let's team up to tackle your unique goals and find the path to a brighter, more fulfilling future. You don't have to go through it alone – I'm here to support you every step of the way.
